
SAS has formed alliance with many training schools. We can get as many state licensed employees as needed from these schools at a short notice. Before hiring, all personnel go through thorough background check. Once hired, officers go through vigorous training at SAS that consists of the following.

This course teaches security officers to answer six basic questions: Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How. These questions will help officer formulate a complete report.

This course teaches officers government law, ethics, company policies and procedures.

Onsite training consists of personnel training at different locations to increase their scope of work. It also creates leadership skills within the officers.
All security officers perform these basic duties as required by SAS and follow post order for the specific location. All officers maintain contact with the dispatcher and their immediate supervisors. Supervisor's duty is to check on officers, to ensure proper performance of service and to fill out all necessary reports and paper work. As far as communication is concerned, SAS maintains flat organizational structure. Management is communicated with all incidents on a 24 hour basis. All SAS employees are motivated through many different incentive structures.
